Shambhavi tells us –“Getting the right treatment advice at the right time was a challenge in Tier 2 and tier 3 cities which we tried to address. We were based in a metropolitan city of India with all the cutting edge medical facilities available and had been contacted numerous times by our relatives in Tier II and Tier III cities for getting a super specialist opinion on some or the other illness for which they did not have a qualified medical practitioner available locally. So this led us to think of an IT enabled solution to bridge this information gap in a structured, legally compliant way. So this is how it started.”
