Central India based startup S.PACE, which aims to disrupt the coworking segment in Tier II and III cities across the country provides co-working space in Raipur, Bhopal and Indore.
Founded in 2016 by Taytil Singh, Rohan Mehta, Dhanajay Kothari, Siddharth Dwiwedi, Anirudh Thomas, and Niharika Singh, S.PACE provides coworking collaborative spaces at lower rents and runs an incubation centre.
Their idea behind this startup was of creating an ecosystem where all like-minded people came together to work in one space. They aim to provide office spaces at lower rents and also runs an incubation centre for startups.

S.PACE prides itself on a vision of collaboration over competition, and offers both the physical and social infrastructure needed for innovation and helps start up to grow from ideation stage to execution stage. The founder expertise in product & service based venture helps start ups in getting connected with potential investors. Making financial plan, business plan, pitch deck for start ups being their main forte. S.PACE’s coworking spaces include offices on rent equipped with high-speed internet, meeting rooms, seminar hall, networking zone, gaming zone, and on-desk cafe services. A unique feature of their coworking spaces is the cabin-based spaces.
Apart from office spaces, S.PACE also provides mentorship programmes and a weekly assessment activity for startups. It offers coworking spaces to women entrepreneurs for free for the first three months to encourage entrepreneurship.
