Bhawna Agrawal is a B.E in Electronics and Tele-Communication. After acquiring a Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism she completed her training as a certified NLP practitioner. She has a Certification in Global Career Counselling from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA Extension) and a Green Belt Certification from Global Career Counselling from University, Singapore as well.

Bhawna with her excellent counselling and leadership skills has done exceedingly well as a Director of SPCA College, Raipur (a non-profit institute) for almost a decade. She has also been a personal excellence trainer and Brain Gym Trainer for young college students and children. She also has the experience working as an Assistant Systems Engineer for over two years at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

While teaching the young students, she interacted with individuals who were not sure as to what they should aim for from their career journey. To solve their predicament, she would try to understand their personality, their unique skillsets, their competencies and offer them guidance and counselling accordingly.

Apart from her enriching counsellor journey, Bhawna is also a talented public speaker with many accolades under her name. SETU – an event aimed to build a bridge between the urban youth and the rural youth was organized by Bhawna on account of Silver Jubilee celebration of SPCA College, Raipur. Her “Redefining Superwomen” workshop has been breaking stereotypes surrounding gender biases for women across all the age-groups. Her academic brilliance coupled with her enriching career journey makes her a numero uno choice for students and parents needing career guidance and counselling.
