HAPPEA is India’s first Happiness and Peace analysis and enablement app. Derived from the combination of HAPpiness and PEAce, Happea provides the users a comprehensive analysis of their happiness quotient and actionable insights into what they can do about it. The objective of Happea is twofold: one, increasing positive Happea or causing happiness & peace to increase and two, reducing negative Happea or preventing happiness & peace from decreasing.

Founders’ Profile
Mr. Jayesh Surisetti is the Founder. A Gold medalist from IIM Raipur, Jayesh is a management practitioner and has had corporate experience of 5+ years. He was the Employee Relations Manager in the HRMG of ICICI Bank, handling an employee base of 6,600 employees across Rest of Maharashtra & Goa. He was the Head – Strategy and HR in an L&D startup prior to getting full-time into entrepreneurship.
