Golden Empathy (GE) Foundation is an NGO started by BSP employees to give back to society. In an interview with CG Innovate, two of its founders – Pradeep Pillai and Mr. Shreyas S Kumar, spoke about their work and vision of GE foundation.

In 2017, for their work in Anganbadi schools working towards the nourishment of small children, they received the CM award for outstanding social work.

With years they expanded their vision, from nutrition to education, and now they are working towards a significant task of skill development. In the interview, the young and dynamic Mr. Kumar shared with CG Innovate their journey and GF Foundation’s plan for the future.
