NACHA made Chhattisgarh’s NRI & India proud by receiving the Global Community Oscar award ‘ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR’ in America.
North America Chhattisgarh Association (NACHA) awarded ‘ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR’ given by US Senior Honorable Congressman Danny K Davis on the gala of 10th Annual Global Community Oscars Award
It is our great pleasure to know that the Global Chhattisgarh NRI Association (NACHA) has been given ‘ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR’ in the gala of the 10th Annual Global Community Oscars Award. Senior Honorable Congressman Danny K Davis sponsored community global awards along with international organization AMEC (American Multi ethnic Coalition), and MEATF (Multi Ethnic American Task Force). The congressman team has selected Chhattisgarhi NRI Association for ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR by seeing its faster growth. NACHA started in Chicago in the year 2017 to promote Chhattisgarh heritage and culture outside of India, and now it is an international brand and hosted many events to promote the state and support the Chhattisgarh community globally. The NACHA initiative made all Chhattisgarhi NRI proud in a foreign land and has been received many appreciation from various Indo-American and Canadian communities’ leaders.
NACHA Executive President Ganesh Kar said it was a proud moment for us to receive this award. The members are working tirelessly to promote our state in the USA and other countries. This is the first award that NACHA receives from the USA Senior political Leader. He said the team was humbled and honored to receive this award, the award dedicated to all our volunteers who are helping the organization and bringing our Chhattisgarh culture outside of India. We are very happy that our organization receives such an award in a very short timeframe. Now many other international organizations know about NACHA and Chhattisgarh state which will further help the organization to make more involvement in community service globally and will help to bring investors/tourism in our state in near future. He thanked Dr. Zebobia Sowell (Award Jury Chair), Dr. Vijay G Prabhkar (AMEC Founder Chair), Martino Tangkar (MEATF Chairman ), and Nag Jaiswal ( Nomination committee ) for the recommendation and recognition of NACHA work at the international level.
The event was hosted in Chicago on Aug 28th, 2021 in presence of many global community leaders, and USA Politicians. Chicago Executives President Ms. Deepali Saraogi, Vice-President Ms. Sonu Joshi & Ms. Vandana Dadsena, Treasurer Ms. Ragini Sahu, Joint Secretary Ms. Shashi Sahu, Cultural Lead Ms. Khushbu Bansal, Advisor & executive Mr. Abhijeet Joshi, Mr. Munish Kaistha, Mr. Shankar Fatwani, Ms.Geeta Khetpal Mr. Brajesh Sahu Mr. Prashant Gupta, and NACHA Executive Vice President Mr.Tijendra Sahu were present at the stage to receive this award from Senior Congressman Honorable Danny K Davis and AMEX Leadership.
