Exclusive Interview with Anshul Bhatia
Chef Anshul Bhatia began his journey from the small town of Bhilai and was working with “Morimoto Doha” at Mondrian Hotel, a luxury hotel in Doha Qatar. His specialisation is Japanese cuisine. Currently pursuing his Master’s from Canada he is also a YouTuber by the name, “A Lusty Chef”.
Chef Anshul completed his basic and higher secondary education from Steel city Bhilai and his hotel management from IHM Hyderabad (2012-15) batch. After finishing his hotel management, he joined Hyatt Hotel in Raipur as an associate. After working for year and half, he moved to Doha. He has had the opportunity to work with legendary chef Morimoto!
