Ankita Sharma ,the first woman IPS officer of Chhattisgarh to get home cadre us currently the ASP of Naxal-affected Bastar district of Chhattisgarh and is commanding ‘Operation Bastar’. She is a domineering and powerful officer.

IPS Ankita Sharma born in small village of Durg district, was posted as Municipal Superintendent of Police (CSP) in Azad Chowk, near capital Raipur.

She was passionate about cracking the UPSC exam and serving the nation since her early childhood days. She herself is extremely passionate and brave and encourages other women to have dreams and follow them.

Ankita Sharma had to face a lot of difficulties while preparing for UPSC. Therefore, she now tries that no one else has to suffer as much as she had to. She keeps on helping students who are preparing for UPSC. Ankita takes time out from her busy schedule and teaches youth.
