Neel Joseph belonging to Chhattisgarh currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children since the last 20 years. Currently he is working at First Citizens Bank as Vice President in Compliance Department.

He has been in Banking industry for last 15 years. Before this he worked at State Bank of India in Los Angeles for almost 5 years. He is also an active member of a non profit organization, NACHA where he holds the position of President of NACHA California Chapter. In addition, he is also a member of NACHA USA Board of Directors.

He oversees and manage California chapter which consists of two Chhattisgarh group located in San Francisco (Bay Area) and Los Angeles. Within Los Angeles NACHA group, he meets with Chattisgarh NRIs regularly and organize events as well as celebrate Indian festivals with them.

His wife Sunethira Joseph works for Southern California Edison (Electric) company as an IT Project Manager. She has been in Information Technology (IT) for more than 20 years holding various positions throughout. He is from Korba and grew up there. He has done his BA from Raipur University and MA in English Literature from Gurughasidas University Bilaspur.
